Amendment #45 to H3900

Plymouth Fire Department

Representatives Muratore of Plymouth and LaNatra of Kingston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0050, in line 1, by inserting after “departments” the following: “and provided further, that not less than $47,000 be allocated to the Plymouth Fire Department for the purpose of procuring a rescue all-terrain vehicle (ATV) to enhance its emergency medical response and rescue capabilities; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$147,000”.
