Beyond Walls Public Art Project in Haverhill

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0300, in line 27, by inserting after the word "travel" the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Beyond Walls for their public art installation project in Haverhill”.
