Haverhill Promise

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0033, in line 13, by inserting after the word "months" the following: “provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Essex County Community Foundation for Haverhill Promise's efforts to expand early literacy."
