Amendment #466 to H3900

Planning for Rousselot Inc.'s departure

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1599-0026, by adding the following at the end thereof:

“; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the city of Peabody to provide assistance in planning for the departure of Rousselot Inc., including but not limited to: land use planning, water and natural resource impact, job loss, legal representation, financial analysis, assessment of hazardous materials conditions, and real estate disposition.”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$14,010,600” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$14,110,600”
