Amendment #467 to H3900

Farnham Park Splash Pad

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2810-0122, by adding the following at the end thereof:

“; provided further, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended for an outdoor water recreation area at Farnham Park in the city of Peabody”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$135,000”
