Reliable Acute Care for Brockton and the Southeastern Massachusetts Region

Representatives DuBois of Brockton and Mendes of Brockton move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by inserting the following after the word “demand”: “provided further, that the executive office shall make a supplemental payment of not less than the total anticipated Medicaid rate years 2023 and 2024 Medicaid inpatient rate add-on to upgrade failing grandfathered infrastructure at Brockton Hospital that will ensure reliable access to acute and emergency care for the region.”
