Public Higher Education Capital Funding

Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by inserting the following line item:-

"1596-2417 For one-time expenses for the study, design, and construction of campus instructional lab facilities, infrastructure modernization, decarbonization or critical repair administered by the division of capital asset management and maintenance in collaboration with the executive office of education………………………………………$140,000,000"
