Amendment #504 to H3900
Birthing Center Grants
Ms. Fluker Oakley of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1005, in line 13, by inserting after the words “defects screening activities”, the following: “; provided further that not less than $500,000 shall be provided to the Neighborhood Birth Center in the City of Boston to provide perinatal health care, and prenatal and postpartum support to birthing people” and in said item by striking out the figures “$21,460,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$21,960,000”.
