Implementation of Count the Kicks Massachusetts

Ms. Fluker Oakley of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1503, in line 14, by inserting after the words “111 of the General Laws;” the following: “provided that the department shall award not less than $274,850 to Count the Kicks Massachusetts to disseminate educational materials, invest in advertisements, and conduct training for providers and parents on fetal movement tracking to decrease stillbirth rates”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$8,810,806” and inserting in place thereof the following figures: “$9,085,656”.
