Amendment #509 to H3900
Behavioral Health Consultation for Children in Foster Care
Representatives Livingstone of Boston and LeBoeuf of Worcester move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 5042-5000, in line 16, by inserting after “MCPAP” the following: “provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for a pilot to expand a model of trauma-informed psychiatric consultation for children in foster care”; and in said item by by striking out the figures "$118,014,949" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$118,364,949."
