Hardy Pond Flood Project

Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0101, by inserting at the end the following: “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the City of Waltham to develop a design for upgrading the Hardy Pond’s outlet weir with automatic controls to improve water quality in the Pond and reduce problematic downstream flooding”.
