Amendment #514 to H3900

JF&CS Center for Early Relationship Support

Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, by inserting at the end the following:

"provided further, that not less than $750,000 be expended for the Center for Early Relationship support including for the Fragile Beginnings program, Project Newborns Exposed to Substances: Support and Therapy and related clinical and community services for vulnerable families with children from birth to age five”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$54,543,909” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$55,293,909”.
