Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-0250, by adding the following words:  “; not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the North Quabbin Community Coalition”; and striking out the figures “$18,573,733” and inserting in place thereof the figures “ $18,623,733”.
