Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5046-0000, in line 23, by inserting after “measured;” the following: “provided further, that not less than $19,000,000 may be expended for the department's emergency room diversion initiative to stabilize adults in crisis;”
