Charles River Dam Removal Study

Mr. Lawn of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2300-0101, by inserting after the word “entities” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for study of the Charles River, including but not limited to flooding mitigation impacts and fish passage improvements as it relates to potential removal of state-owned dams from Watertown to Natick”
