Ricciuti Drive Mitigation Funds

Mr. Ayers of Quincy moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the city of Quincy's mitigation fund for the state-owned intersection at Ricciuti Drive and the I-93 southbound off-ramp for the purposes of temporary traffic mitigation measures;" and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$140,000".
