Mr. Ayers of Quincy moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Town of Randolph's Police Department for the purposes of obtaining a self-contained unit for use at Community Enhancement Partnership events;" and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$175,000".
