Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 0640-0300 by inserting after "travel” the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for lighting and other wayfinding upgrades and improvements to the public parking areas of the Berkshire Theatre Festival in Stockbridge – including but not limited to the Carter White Walkway which provides access through the property from Route 102 to Route 7;"
