Mr. Barrett of North Adams moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1570, in line 4, by inserting after "youth" the following: "provided further, that not less than 100,000 shall be expended for repairs to the Northern Berkshire YMCA complex located in the city of North Adams"; and in said item by striking out the figures "2,550,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "2,650,000".
