Cogswell Art Space

Mr. Hamilton of Methuen moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 0640-0300, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for improvements at Cogswell Art Space in Haverhill to convert the former Cogswell School into a community art center”.
