Mr. Barrett of North Adams moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002 in line 9, by inserting after "means" the following: "provided further, that not less than 25,000 shall be expended to expand programming for seniors at the Spitzer Senior Center in North Adams"; and in said item by striking out the figures "25,789,309" and inserting in place thereof the figures "25,814,309".
