Mr. Barrett of North Adams moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200 in line 73, by inserting after "substances" the following: "provided further, that not less than 50,000 shall be expended for the Brien Center located in the city of North Adams"; and in said item by striking out the figures "208,154,157" and inserting in place thereof the figures "208,204,157".
