Amendment #629 to H3900

El Instituto Cultural de Puerto Rico, Inc

Mr. Paulino of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding at the end the following:

"provided further, that no less than $40,000 shall be expended for El Instituto Cultural de Puerto Rico, Inc  to help promote education and arts within the Puerto Rican and Latino community of Lawrence and Methuen to showcase  the Hispanic culture in the Merrimack Valley and across the Commonwealth."
