Domestic Violence Outreach for Cape Verdean Association

Mrs. Mendes of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1136, by adding the following: "and provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the domestic violence outreach program for the Cape Verdean Association of Brockton”.
