Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7002-0012, in line 11, after the word “organizations”, by inserting the following: "and provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the “Cape Verdean Association Cabral Leadership and Innovation Center.”"
