Mr. Lawn of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after “projects” the following: “; provided, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for improvements to Spears Park in the Nonantum neighborhood of Newton, including the construction of raised garden beds and a garden shed”
