Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7010-1192, in line number 2 by inserting after “ projects” the words "; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Berkshire Dream Center to be used for capital improvements to their facilities".
