Funding for multilingual outreach and education programs regarding environmental contamination and remediation in the City of Framingham

Ms. Sousa of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line 2200-0100, by inserting at the end thereof the words “; provided, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to provide multilingual outreach and education programs in the lowest income and most diverse census blocks in the City of Framingham regarding environmental remediation of the General Chemical site”.
