Barnstable Emergency Rescue

Mr. Xiarhos of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by inserting after "programs" the following:- "provided further, that not less than $18,000 shall be expended for the installation of an emergency access boat ramp for use by first responders at Sandy Neck Park Beach in the town of Barnstable."
