Mr. Lawn of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0107, by inserting after “programs” the following: “provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for the Watertown Housing Authority for basement waterproofing and mold remediation work at Lexington Gardens”
