Amendment #688 to H3900

Palmer and Pittsfield Rail Projects

Representatives Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Smola of Warren and González of Springfield move to amend the bill in section 2F by inserting after item 1596-2406 the following item:

"xxxx-xxxx  For one-time expenses for rail projects in Palmer and Pittsfield; provided, that not less than $8,500,000 shall be expended for track improvements at the Pittsfield Station; and provided further, that not less than $4,000,000 shall be expended for study and design of a Palmer Station………..$12,500,000

Education and Transportation Fund.........100%”
