Ms. Balser of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line-item 8900-0002, by striking the figures “22,822,031” and inserting in place thereof the figure “0”,

and in said section, in line-item 4512-0200, by striking the figures “208,154,157” and inserting in place thereof the figures “230,976,188”,

and in said item, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $22,822,031 shall be expended for the purpose of expanding access to community-based addiction services.”.
