Matching Program at Enrichment Center in Dorchester

Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 24 by inserting after "environments" the following: "provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for a matching grant program to the Enrichment Center located in Dorchester": and in said item by striking out the figures "$3,184,019" and inserting in place thereof the figures "3,284,019"
