Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after the word "projects" the following: "provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for The Urban Farming Institute of Boston, Inc : and in said item by striking out the figures "100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "150,000"
