Amendment #710 to H3900

Pappas Rehabilitation Hospital for Children

Mr. Galvin of Canton moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in line item 4590-0915, by inserting in the last line after the words “treated at the public health hospitals”, the following:- “; provided further, that the Pappas Rehabilitation Hospital for Children shall maintain not less than 120 beds for clients in its inpatient setting to the extent feasible within the appropriation;”,

And “provided further, that not less than $300,000 in retained revenue shall be expended for the Pappas Rehabilitation Hospital for Children summer program;”
