Traffic study in Scituate

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1596-2406, by adding the following: "; provided further, that no less than $50,000 be expended to the Town of Scituate for a traffic study of Cole Parkway, Cudworth and First Parish roads to improve transit and public safety".
