Amendment #721 to H3900

UMass School of Law Tenants Legal Assistance

Mr. Markey of Dartmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0330-0300, in line 27, by inserting after “commonwealth” the following:

"; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for community outreach clinics and pro bono activities of the University of Massachusetts School of Law to provide direct legal assistance in the area of tenants' rights;"
