Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5042-5000, in line 14, by inserting after “care;” the following: “provided further, that not less than $1,275,000 shall be allocated to the the BIRCh Center to continue the operations of the school based behavioral health technical assistance center; provided further, that not less than $75,000 of that amount shall be expended for the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health, Inc. to continue to make web based promotion and prevention resources available to schools;"
