Ms. Fiola of Fall River moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4000-0300, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended for the Fall River Deaconess Home for expansion of clinical, occupational and trauma informed mental health treatment for youth".
