Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in the final line, by inserting after the word “projects” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for Neighbors United for a Better East Boston to facilitate civic engagement, community programming and infrastructure maintenance and upgrades”
