ABCD Head Start & Early Start

Ms. Montaño of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, line item 7053-1909, after the words "implementing regulations," adding the words:

"provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Action for Boston Community Development for the Head Start and Early Head Start programming for culturally inclusive breakfast and meal provisions.”
