Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5042-5000, in the final line, by inserting after “2025” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for YouthConnect to provide community-based mental health services to high-risk youth and their families residing in the East Boston community"
