Amendment #79 to H3900

“George L. Darey Inland Fisheries and Game Fund”

Mr. Vieira of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2300-0100, by adding the following: “Section 11 of chapter 131 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- The George L. Darey Inland Fisheries and Game Fund shall be reimbursed annually from the general fund for all loss of revenue attributed to the issuance of discounted or free hunting and fishing licenses.”
