Emergency Services Patient Access

Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4510-0110, in the final line, by inserting after “section 254c(f)(1)” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for a federally qualified community health center with a 24/7 satellite emergency facility licensed under 105 C.M.R. 130 to improve patient access to emergency services by renovating front door and reconstructing sidewalk access to the 24/7 satellite emergency facility”
