Adult Emergency Room Diversion Initiative

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5046-0000, in line 23, by inserting after the word “measured” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $19,000,000 may be expended for the department's emergency room diversion initiative to stabilize adults in crisis;” and in said item by striking out the figures "$584,890,500" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$599,890,500"
