Solar Electric Vehicle Charging in Norfolk

Mr. Vaughn of Wrentham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by adding after “departments” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $63,000 shall be expended for a Beam Solar electric vehicle charging station in the town of Norfolk”.
