Island Grove Park Upgrades in Abington

Mrs. Sullivan-Almeida of Abington moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following: "Provided further that not less than $55,000 shall be expended for planning and infrastructure upgrades at Island Grove Park in the town of Abington”.
