Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 24 by inserting after "environments" the following: "provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended to Lena Park Community Center located in Dorchester" and in said item by striking out the figures "$3,184,019" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,234,019"
