Accessibility improvements to Scituate town hall

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1596-2406, by adding the following language: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 be expended to the Town of Scituate for improvements to the entrance and sidewalk of town hall so as to increase accessibility to the building".
