CTI Head Start and Early Start

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in Section 2, line item 7053-1909, by adding the following at the end thereof: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Community Teamwork, Inc. for the Head Start and Early Head Start programming for breakfast and meal provisions.”
